Do you offer free shipping and do you offer free shipping for international shipping? I offer free shipping the United States , but international shipping is priced between $12.99-$38.99 depending on the weight and size of the box 📦 .
Do you offer free shipping for local pickup & local delivery? Yes , you're currently living in my area code like Tyler Texas or whitehouse Texas . These two only get free shipping on all categories.

Do you have a shipping option or third party you are using ? The shipping company I use is big cartel / shippo for shipping that calculates shipping cost based off of the weight and height and length of the order . ( if spend over $85 it's free shipping for the US only )
what happens if there is a delay in your delivery? As soon as we are notified about a delay in your delivery we will send a email stating that the order has a delay and you send you a new delivery date to your email . If you should not to continue with the order you can request a refund .
Refund and returns policy : you have within 30 days to request and returns the order and make sure you have your invoice number and the correct payment information for your order for the payment to return to the right information . You will receive your full refund back on your purchase . ( The return address will be on the bottom of your invoice to return the order )
